JRFPA bridges the careers of foreign-born former NPB players and coaches who desire to use their unique talents to assist communities, businesses and organization through the influence of baseball. Our members become ambassadors for the development of baseball in Japan and throughout the world.
Our team merges relationships and creativity to identify business and community ventures for our members to connect with.
When partnering our members with opportunities, we make concerted effort to involve them to community/business ventures that match them well.

We build alliances with businesses that understand the mutual benefits of working together.

Long after a player retires, fans continue to remain interested and support ballplayers. Keeping these connections strong is vital.
